Epoxy fiberglass is a composite material, mainly composed of epoxy resin and glass fibers. This material combines the bonding properties of epoxy resin and the high strength of glass fiber with excellent physical and chemical properties. Epoxy fiberglass board (fiberglass board), also known as FR4 board, is widely used in mechanical, electrical and electronic applications as highly insulating structural components. Its characteristics include high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat and moisture resistance, as well as a variety of forms and convenient curing processes. The cured epoxy resin system is characterized by excellent mechanical properties, strong adhesion and good chemical resistance. Epoxy fiberglass panels are used in a wide range of applications, including but not limited to the manufacture of high-voltage, extra-high-voltage SF6 high-voltage electrical appliances, composite hollow casings for current transformers, and so on. Due to its excellent insulating ability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance as well as high strength and stiffness, epoxy fiberglass panels are also widely used in aerospace, machinery, electronics, automotive and other industries.
