Product Feature
(1) Large specific surface area(BET):there are a lot of nano-pore, accounting for more than 98%. So, it has a very large specific surface area(Generally uo to 1000-2000m2/g, or even more than 2000m2/g).Its adsorption capacity is 5-10 times that of granular activated carbon.
(2) Fast adsorption speed: adsorption of gases can reach adsorption equilibrium in tens of minutes, which is 2-3 order of magnitude higher than GAC.Desorptions is fast and can be reused hundreds of times.It can be completely desorbed by heating 10-30 minutes with 10-150℃ steam or hot air.
(3) High adsorption efficiency: it can absorb and filter the poison gas, smoke gas (such as NO,NO2,SO2,H2S,NH3,CO,CO2 etc.), fetor and body odor in the air. The adsorption capacity is 10-20 times that of granular activated carbon.
(4) Large adsorption range: the adsorption capacity of inorganic, organic and heavy metal ions in aqueous solution is 5-6 times higher than that of granular activated carbon. It also has good adsorption capacity for microorganisms and bacteria , such as the adsorption rata of Escherichia coli can reach 94-99%.
(5) High temperature resistance: because carbon content is as high as 95%, it can be used normally below 400℃. It has high temperature resistance in inert gases above 1000℃ and ignition point in air at 500℃.
(6) Strong acid and alkali resistance: Good electrical conductivity and chemical stability.
(7) Low ash content: its ash content is low, which is one tenth of GAC. It can be used for food, matenity and child products and medical hygiene.
(8) High strength: work under low pressure to save energy. It is not easy to pulverize, and will not cause pollution.
(9) Good processability: easy to process, it can be made into different shapes of products.
(10) High cost performance ratio: it can be reused hundreds of times.
(11) Environmental protection: it can ba recycled and reused withour polluting the environment.
